El Chinyero (Hicking)
This route takes you to discover one of Tenerife’s most iconic sites, the Chinyero Volcano, which was the island’s last volcanic eruption, and the Arenas Negras Volcano.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the volcanoes, as well as a landscape dominated by solidified lava, Canary Island pine forests, and the native fauna that has managed to colonize this unique terrain.
It’s an ideal route for those who want to explore the wildest and most authentic side of Tenerife, away from the most touristy areas.
