Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your excursion, the conditions are as follows:
- With more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a full 100% refund.
- Between 48-24 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be made.
- With less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be made
In the event that the weather conditions were not ideal for carrying out the activity, there would be the possibility of:
- Change the date.
- Make a 100% refund.
- Change the route to another.
What do you need to bring?
- Sun protection, clothing and sports shoes in good condition, and warm clothing. On many occasions the thermal sensation in the Pico is below 0ºC, therefore, you should be prepared for it (hat, gloves, jacket/windbreaker...)
- At Tenique Outdoor we advocate Ecotourism, therefore, we recommend the use of canteens (1.5L per person) rather than plastic water bottles.
- Identification documentation (ID or passport).
- Snacks and personal items in a backpack.
- To immortalize the unique moments and landscapes that we will experience on the route, don't forget to bring your camera.
